Training is the ‘T’ ‘in RUSTI, and both initial and ongoing on-the-job training with individuals.
We encourage both initial and then ongoing training for people in whatever context that is right for their scenario. Whilst some may be more formal training sessions, a lot is more on-the-job and ad-hoc training between individuals and groups that needs recording.
Your scenario may have its own training forms to complete; or you can access the standard one here. There may also be brief training forms to complete on this website at the end of any scenario as a form of interactive training.
